Yes you can cancel your subscription at any time you like. There is no lock in Contract. Just go to the “My Account” pull down menu under the 3 horizontal bars at the top right of the Web Page. The Cancel Subscription Button is under Account Status.

Once you have logged in to the back end with your username and password you can then go to the Employees Tab and select Update from the far right hand side. This then allows you to make changes to Employees Passwords and other associated information.

No. Record Time automatically fills out the location of where you are by simply pressing the blue auto locate icon at the left of the location dialogue box.
The date is auto filled by Record Time. However, it can be manually changed by the user should they need to.
Digital dockets can be viewed on your device or the backend of the website indefinitely, provided your account is active and fully paid up.
